Founded in 2005 by Roy Nickolai, All About Parking was built on attention to detail, compassion for others, and a desire to exceed expectations. That philosophy drives every event we staff.
Our Story
From one restaurant to the entire Bay Area.
Roy Nickolai started his career at one of San Francisco's busiest restaurants over 30 years ago. That experience taught him what great service looks like under pressure, and it became the foundation for everything that followed. In 2005, he founded All About Parking with a simple idea: treat every guest the way you'd want to be treated, and never cut corners on the details.
Since then, the company has grown from the Bay Area Peninsula into Southern California, Atlanta, and beyond. Today our combined team brings more than 40 years of experience in customer service, parking, and transportation. We serve hotels, healthcare facilities, hospitals, office buildings, country clubs, restaurants, public garages, and historic landmarks.
We create custom training programs for every new account, and our high employee retention means the team you trust is the team that keeps showing up. Roy remains active in Bay Area charitable organizations, coaching and leading in the same community where All About Parking got its start.

Roy is an entrepreneur with over 30 years in the service industry. He started his career at one of San Francisco's busiest restaurants, where he learned firsthand what it takes to deliver under pressure and keep guests happy at the same time.
In 2005, he founded All About Parking on a simple philosophy: attention to detail, compassion for others, and a desire to exceed expectations. That approach has carried the company from a single Bay Area operation to a team serving Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and beyond.
Roy is known throughout the Bay Area Peninsula for exceptional customer service and remains an active coach and leader for various local charitable organizations.
