How many valets do we need for our wedding?

Staffing depends on guest count, venue layout, and arrival timing. As a general guide, we recommend one valet per 15-20 expected vehicles. We'll recommend the right number when we assess your venue.

Can you handle ceremonies and receptions at different locations?

Yes. We coordinate valet service at multiple venues on the same day. We can manage the transition between ceremony and reception locations to keep your timeline on track.

Do you work with wedding planners and coordinators?

Absolutely. We coordinate directly with your planner, venue manager, and other vendors to make sure parking fits seamlessly into the overall event flow.

What if our wedding venue has limited parking?

That's one of the most common reasons couples hire us. We identify nearby overflow lots, design a traffic plan, and can add shuttle service if needed to connect remote parking to your venue.
