We recommend 2-4 weeks for most events. For large events over 500 guests or during peak wedding season (May through October), 4-6 weeks advance notice helps ensure availability.
Are your valets insured and background checked?
Yes. Every team member passes a background check and drug screening. We carry full commercial liability insurance, and we're bonded, BBB accredited, and Diamond Certified.
Do you provide your own equipment?
Yes. We bring everything needed for your event: valet podiums, key lockboxes, directional signage, cones, radios, and lighting. You don't need to supply anything.
What is your on-time guarantee?
Our staff will be on time for your event. If they aren't, you receive a 50% discount on your fee. We've never had to pay it.
